Reasonably clean hotel with excellent facilities and superbly friendly and excellent staff. What a fairly nice stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is intimate with everything being fantastic and excellent value. the rooms are reasonably large and fashionable with a balcony and wonderful views. the staff are efficient.

clean, great value hotel, the location was stunning and super close to monte baldo as well as malcesine city centre and watersports facilities. faultless staff, everything was excellent. we greatly enjoyed this staying.

The breakfast here was great with a nice selection of fresh fruit 🍉, I had plenty of choices to pick from.

The room I stayed in was modern and beautifully decorated, offering a lovely view of the mountains. the bathroom included a nice shower. 🏞️.

A well run family hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well maintained, very comfortable beds, fantastic lake views. Super pool. Great lakeside walk in to Malcesine, lovely town, good shops, boat trips, restaurants and you have to visit the Castle, the view is stunning . Loved it.

The road noise was quite bad but to be honest we never had any problems sleeping with the windows wide open, was it the alcohol or all the activity, who can say.

The location here is particularly good and magnificent, just a taxi ride away from the town center, even though the taxis charge 10 euros, the area is very pleasant, and we had a large bedroom.

It was further from the center of the town than we thought though it was a nice walk may be a bit far for elderley guests

Actually it was a three nights journey to this pleasant hotel. A Room with large balcony and a spectacular wiews to a lake and also to a mountains. The pool area was very beautiful. Staff were always very friendly and there was an international atmosphere. Super place. After breakfast it was really nice to walk by lakeside to center of Malcesine(beautiful stairs down to lakeside was100 meters away from the hotel) My wife and I really liked to stay in this hotel. There was so much to do in the hole environment. Time was running too fast and three nights was too short time for us. If you need a 1) good location( best location is a walking distance from the city by lakeside. It takes 15 minutes only because you don´t want to walk faster. The landscape is so beautiful.) 2) Big pool with a little lush garden and 3) a super lake wiews from the balcony. What moore can reasonable man asking. 4) The price was very competetive, so good value also? It was a two star hotel but i thought it better be four. Maybe two stars because there was´t a soap or shampoo in the bathroom, but it is up to you. I was studing beforehand almost 25 hotels very carefully available in those days we were in Malcesine and in these four gategories Casa Serena was also after holiday the best hotel for us.

I was aware beforehand there is some traffic noise. I am honest. There was traffic but it did´t disturbe when you realized everything else in the hotel was in good gondition.

Clean hotel with excellent facilities. Great and stunning location, just a pleasant fifteen to twenty-minute walk to the port along the lake. A variety of meals to choose from, and the food is brilliant. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.
